Ilijana Vujnović

Ilijana has been practicing yoga since her student days, when she begins to practice Hatha yoga.

In 2012., she moved from the island of Hvar to Zagreb, where in 2014. she enrolled in a yoga teacher school Om Yoga poligon RYT200 in Zagreb. In 2016 she became a certified yoga teacher.

After practicing Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga for multiple years, in 2015. she discovered and fell in love with Dharma yoga, which she began to practice regularly.

In 2019., she continues her education and enrolls in advanced yoga training RYT 500 at the House of Dharma Center in Zagreb, under the guidance of her mentor Sandra Petra Pintarić.

Due to her desire to be educated by the great living teacher Sri Dharma Mittra, she enrolled in the 500-hour Life of a Yogi Teacher Training in New York in 2021, which she completed in 2022.

Ilijana regularly attends workshops of great teachers like Sri Dharma Mitra (London 2019), Camilo Garcia, Yiannis Muktis Om, Andreas Acosta (India and Croatia) and many other teachers.

Since 2016., she has been regularly teaching yoga classes, and from 2019. she is a teacher at the House of Dharma studio in Zagreb. She is organizing yoga workshops every summer on the island of Hvar.

In her yoga classes, the emphasis is on movement and breath. Also, the classes are accompanied by the sounds of healing instruments whose vibrations travel through our body, connect us to the inner world and bring us peace and joy.

Ilijana is also a music lover. She is a music professor, she plays piano, and sometimes in her free time she composes music. Through music and yoga she connects with her inner peace and finds harmony with herself and her surroundings.
